Something for you guys to stare at while I go off to work tonight: As mentioned a couple days ago on Twitter, here’s a sketch for a Space Usagi fan comic idea I had while I was folding clothes in Sears.
FOR THOSE NOT IN THE KNOW: Space Usagi was a spinoff of Stan Sakai’s thirty-years-and-counting comic institution Usagi Yojimbo. It was basically “what if all these characters were IN THE FUTURE, IN SPACE??”. As far as I can tell, there weren’t that many stories made for it, and the book collection is long out of print, so it might be the only piece of UY I haven’t read. I’m assuming it’s cool, though.
More sketches forthcoming. Maybe.
